To process an exchange, please ensure that your items are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
We regret to inform that we do not accept returns on all earrings products due to hygiene reasons.
Online purchases must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order to be eligible for an exchange. We recommend that you check your orders immediately upon receipt and contact our Customer Service Team with the following details for your exchange(s)/return(s) request:

2. Invoice Number/Receipt Number/Order Number
3. Item(s) to be returned
4. Reason(s) for the return
If your request is eligible, our Customer Service Team will contact you within 2-3 business days to acknowledge it and provide exchange instructions.
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging the item(s) to RISIS and must take reasonable precautions to ensure that the products are not damaged during the return process.
