Sales Consultant (Gardens)
Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by recommending products to suit the needs of our customers

Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service

Handle customer complaints tactfully and in accordance with the Company’s SOPs, escalating the issue to Management where necessary

Monitor & ensure optimum level of store merchandise and sales support materials
-
Share feedback from customer on our products with our product team
-
Perform stock-take and ensure all stocks are accounted for accurately
-
Ensure proper tagging of price and product codes on all merchandise
-
Ensure all stocks are displayed according to brand guidelines
-
Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
-
Responsible for store opening and/or closing according to scheduled shift hours and ensure all security systems are activated correctly

Maintain daily cleanliness of all showcases and the store
-
Assist in preparing reports and attend meetings/briefings when required
-
Ensure compliance of safety distancing measures at the store
-
Suggest continuous improvements processes to supervisor/ retail manager
Requirements
-
At least one year of retail experience
-
Can converse well in English or Mandarin and one more language
-
Takes pride in having neat and professional appearance
-
Enjoys being around people with a warm personality
-
Detail oriented and organized
-
Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn
