Sales Consultant (Gardens)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by recommending products to suit the needs of our customers

  • Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service

  • Handle customer complaints tactfully and in accordance with the Company’s SOPs, escalating the issue to Management where necessary

  • Monitor & ensure optimum level of store merchandise and sales support materials

  • Share feedback from customer on our products with our product team

  • Perform stock-take and ensure all stocks are accounted for accurately

  • Ensure proper tagging of price and product codes on all merchandise

  • Ensure all stocks are displayed according to brand guidelines

  • Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions

  • Responsible for store opening and/or closing according to scheduled shift hours and ensure all security systems are activated correctly

  • Maintain daily cleanliness of all showcases and the store

  • Assist in preparing reports and attend meetings/briefings when required

  • Ensure compliance of safety distancing measures at the store

  • Suggest continuous improvements processes to supervisor/ retail manager


  • At least one year of retail experience

  • Can converse well in English or Mandarin and one more language

  • Takes pride in having neat and professional appearance

  • Enjoys being around people with a warm personality

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn
