Operations and eCommerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

• In line with the Company’s direction and working within the Brand’s design brief, to work on projects that require modifying and enhancing our current range of products. These include fashion accessories, business gifts, home decorative & etc.

• Be involved in the supply chain of jewellery making (sourcing, designing, coordinating and supporting various design projects)

• Participate in monitoring the development, integration and implementation of design projects

• Collaborate with other departments to support design related projects

• Coordinate with design team, internal and external stakeholders and support where necessary (paperworks, reports, relevant materials)

• Assist with product launches to meet the necessary deadlines in alignment with the brand DNA

• Support general administrative duties for the reporting manager and design departments where required.

• Enjoys working in teams and adaptable

• Great communications skills
