If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one-off exchange for an item not lower than the purchased value of the exchanged item. However, we do not allow refund in monetary terms. Please ensure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange.
For hygiene reason, we regret to inform that we do not accept returns of all earrings products.
All sales items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Engraved items are non-exchangeable / non-returnable.
To be eligible for an exchange, online purchases must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of order. We recommend that you check your orders immediately upon receiving them and get in touch with our Customer Service Team at email@example.com for your exchange(s) / return(s) request with the following details:
- Full Name
- Invoice Number/Receipt Number/Order Number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason(s) for the return
Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 1-2 business days to acknowledge the request and provide the exchange instructions, if eligible.
Items that were sold at marked down prices resulting from any promotion/marketing activities are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchanging the item(s) to RISIS and must take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged during their return.
Can I exchange an item purchased online to a RISIS physical store?
We accept exchanges for item(s) purchased online at our RISIS physical stores (except Changi Airport). Please bring along the item(s) that you wish to exchange together with the receipt/invoice to any RISIS physical store (except Changi Airport) so that our staff can facilitate your exchange request.
RISIS reserves the rights for the final decision in the event of any dispute and may amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
