ORDER HELP

To facilitate customs clearance, please ensure that your Full Name matches your National Identity Card.

We apologize that we are unable to cancel your order once payment has been made and an order confirmation email has been sent to you.

However, if RISIS agrees to the cancellation for specific reasons, a 10% cancellation fee will be imposed to cover extra charges incurred on the order.

All orders will be dispatched within 7 business days* from our warehouse in Singapore. All orders placed and confirmed by 0800 hours will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 1300 hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays in Singapore will be processed on the next business day.

*Business days refer to Monday to Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

At RISIS, we specialize in assisting customers in finding the ideal gift for their loved ones and strive to make the gifting experience as pleasurable as possible. As a service to our customers, we offer gift wrapping for small items such as jewelry upon request. These items will be carefully packaged in our branded packaging and finished with a RISIS ribbon for a professional and thoughtful presentation.

The E-Gift Cards can be purchased at a minimum value of S$100 in the following denominations of S$100, S$200 and S$500 per E-Gift Card and are valid for 12 months.

Your payment will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

DELIVERIES & RETURN

Please note that only the available courier partners will be showned according to the region or area you have entered.

LOCAL DELIVERY

All local standard deliveries are free for orders above SGD100. A delivery charge of SGD6 will be applied to orders with an order value of less than SGD100.

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 0900 hours to 1600 hours.

RISIS is not able to ship to restricted locations in Singapore including:-

Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, MINDEF COMCEN and PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang.

All Items must be shipped to a physical address. RISIS does not ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

RISIS only delivers to one address per order. Any address redirection will incur an additional re-routing delivery fee. The customer is solely responsible for delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address.

EXPRESS LOCAL DELIVERY (NEXT DAY)

Next day delivery option is only applicable during business working days, Monday to Friday, and to addresses within Singapore.

Orders placed on Friday after 1100 hours will be delivered on the following Monday.

Delivery time is between 1200 hours to 1600 hours

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

RISIS uses global trusted and reliable courier services and transportation companies for international shipping. To find out how much shipping will cost, go to the Checkout Page and type in your shipping address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

All foreign taxes and duties that may be imposed by Customs and any extra fees including VAT and etc. that may be incurred in the country of destination are not included in the delivery charges. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties incurred.

To ensure smooth Customs Clearance on international orders, please ensure that your Full Name matches that on your National Identity Card. A tracking number will be provided after the order has been sent out.

If you need assistance or more information, you should contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are needed, it could take longer than our original estimates for delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, processed, and dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore, you can expect to receive it within 5 to 14 working days, depending on the courier option you have selected. Please note that delays can occur due to peak periods, customs clearance or any other unforeseen circumstances. To conveniently track your order, you can either utilize the link provided in the order confirmation email or directly enter your order information on our tracking page.

For local orders, you can opt to pick up your online purchases at our main office.

Your order will be ready for collection 5 business days after your order is confirmed. As all online orders are fulfilled from our warehouse, please do not make your way to the designated location before a pick-up confirmation is given as your order will not be ready.

You can track your jewelry order by following these steps:

Check your email:
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Contact Customer Service:
If you are unable to find your tracking information online, you may contact the our customer service team through email or phone, they will be able to provide you the updated status of your order

Tracking information for your order will typically be available 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped. If it has been longer than 48 hours and you still do not have tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

To track overseas order, you can either utilize the link provided in the order confirmation email or directly enter your order information on our tracking page.

To process an exchange, please ensure that your items are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

We regret to inform that we do not accept returns on all earrings products due to hygiene reasons.

Online purchases must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order to be eligible for an exchange. We recommend that you check your orders immediately upon receipt and contact our Customer Service Team with the following details for your exchange(s)/return(s) request:

1. Full Name
2. Invoice Number/Receipt Number/Order Number
3. Item(s) to be returned
4. Reason(s) for the return

If your request is eligible, our Customer Service Team will contact you within 2-3 business days to acknowledge it and provide exchange instructions.

Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging the item(s) to RISIS and must take reasonable precautions to ensure that the products are not damaged during the return process.

SALE PIECES

Items sold at reduced prices as a result of any promotion/marketing activities are not eligible for exchanges or returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

PERSONALISED PIECES

Personalised pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product is faulty.

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred courier service when placing orders. RISIS offers a variety of courier options to accommodate individual preferences and requirements.

In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, customers are required to directly contact the designated courier company for assistance. While RISIS is committed to facilitate communication between customers and couriers, it's important to note that the resolution process ultimately rests with the courier service.

RISIS is more than willing to relay any messages to the courier company on behalf of our customers. However, please understand that the resolution of any issues lies within the purview of the courier service selected.

MATERIALS & CARE

Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products can damage the delicate materials of your jewellery. Apply these products before wearing your RISIS jewellery to prevent chemical interactions.

Remove jewellery during certain activities: Take off your RISIS jewellery before engaging in activities that may cause damage, such as exercising, swimming, or doing household chores. This will protect your pieces from unnecessary wear and tear.

Store jewellery properly: When you're not wearing your RISIS jewellery, store it in a clean, dry place. We recommend using a lined jewellery box or pouch to prevent scratches and tangling. Separating each piece with individual compartments or soft pouches, and even better, using airtight resealable jewellery bags, will ensure that they remain in pristine condition.

RISIS home and lifestyle pieces adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your living space. To maintain their beauty and preserve their shine, follow these care guidelines:

  1. Dust regularly: Dust your collection pieces regularly using a soft (non-abrasive) lint-free cloth. This will help prevent the buildup of dirt and maintain their lustrous appearance.

  2. Avoid harsh chemicals: Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scrub brushes on your collection pieces. These can damage the delicate finishes and remove the gold plating. Instead, opt for mild soap and water solutions when cleaning.

  3. Hand wash only: Wash your home and lifestyle pieces by hand using a gentle dishwashing liquid and warm water. Avoid using a dishwasher, as the high temperatures and abrasive detergents can tarnish or strip off the precious metal plating.

  4. Dry thoroughly: After washing, carefully dry your collection pieces with a soft lint-free cloth to prevent water spots or tarnish. Ensure that no moisture remains on the surfaces before storing.

  5. Avoid extreme temperatures: Protect your exquisite collection pieces from extreme temperatures, as they can cause the finishes to deteriorate or discolor. Avoid placing them near heat sources or exposing them to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

  6. Store with care: When not in use, store your collection pieces in a clean, dry place. Consider wrapping them in soft, acid-free tissue paper or storing them in individual cloth bags to prevent scratches or tarnish.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

WARRANTY

Each piece of RISIS jewellery and merchandise is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. For home and lifestyle products, the warranty period is extended to 3 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, provided that the product is used responsibly and as intended.

However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or any misuse of the product that goes beyond its intended design and purpose. Additionally, it does not cover the natural aging of materials or general wear and tear resulting from regular use.

REPAIRS

You can have your RISIS product repaired and restored after its warranty has expired. Local Customers may send the item to any RISIS store(s), and you will be advised thereon. Overseas Customers would be obliged to return the product to Singapore. Shipping and repair costs will be fully borne by the customer.

Repair costs are subject to final evaluation upon assessment of the returned product.

RISIS reserves the rights to reject any service or repairs if the item is deemed unserviceable upon final assessment after the warranty period.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS SUPPORT

To avail of the warranty, customers will be required to provide a photo(s) of the defect and a valid proof of purchase to contactus@risis.com.sg.

To expedite your request, kindly include the product number, if available.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please contact our Customer Care Team, or login to your online account to view your order history.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless risis.com and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
