Return and Exchange Policy
We allow a one-time exchange for an item of equal or higher value than the original purchase and customer is required to top up any price difference.
Please read carefully
• We do not allow refund in monetary terms.
• Return items must be in original condition for an exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for defects.
• Engraved items are non-returnable.
Exchanges must be requested together with your receipt within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact Customer Service at contactus@risis.com.sg with the following details:
1.Full Name
2.Invoice Number/Receipt Number/Order Number
3.Item(s) to be returned
4.Reason(s) for the return
Our customer service will contact you within 2 business days. Item has to be returned at the customer's own cost and in same original condition.
RISIS provides a one-year warranty on Jewellery and a three-year warranty on Lifestyle products from the purchase date, excluding natural wear and tear.
Can I exchange an item purchased online to a RISIS physical store?
We accept exchanges for item(s) purchased online at our RISIS physical stores (except Changi Airport). Please bring along the item(s) that you wish to exchange together with the receipt/invoice to any RISIS physical store (except Changi Airport) so that our staff can facilitate your exchange request.
RISIS reserves the rights for the final decision in the event of any dispute and may amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
