To preserve the original quality of product, ensure that the pieces are placed in a cool, dry place and cleaned with a gentle cloth regularly. Please avoid using any abrasive polish to clean the items. For jewellery care, keep it clean with a mixture of mild detergent and a little water. Rinse it well and dry thoroughly. You may choose to also clean it with a polishing cloth. Do not use liquid jewellery dips, as the chemicals may cause the plating to wear off more quickly.

RISIS products are plated in 24-carat Gold, Rhodium, or other precious metals unique to RISIS. 

For our jewellery, we cover any manufacturing defect for one year from when you bought it, excluding natural wear and tear. A quick tip would be to wipe your jewelry off with a soft cloth after use, occasionally cleaning it with mild soapy water & dying it completely. 

Our decor and Lifestyle work will also be covered for any manufacturing defect for three years from when you bought it. Since the collection is so varied, a general tip would be to ensure that the pieces are placed in a cool, dry place & cleaned with a gentle cloth regularly. 

Every RISIS product comes with a guarantee booklet with information on how to properly and adequately care for your new item. Kindly retain your RISIS guarantee booklet, product and receipt it should you require any after sales service.
